New Toy

Here’s my new toy. It’s a Line 6 Spider III 15watts combo amp. It couldn’t have come any sooner. It’s been about 2 years since I got my Fender Stratocaster for my 20th birthday. However, I barely played it because I had no amp and no money to invest in one. Well, that all has changed. I better learn something (like scales) after spending $100 on it…

The City

Two days ago, John and I visited “The City”, or better known as San Francisco. We got the most out of our money by taking BART and the Muni trains…it only cost us $12.50!! I showed J-Bang Union Square, AT&T Park, Haight Street, and other places. Overall, I thought it was pretty awesome. The sites were tight, the food was ok, the people were really friendly, and the girls were cute too. Damn, I still can’t believe I let one slip by. Personally, I blame John because he got off the Muni when I wanted to stay on (even though he didn’t know). It’s ok John, I forgive you. SF is great; I wouldn’t mind living there in the future or going to law school somewhere around the area.
